Senior Product Specialist in Autonomous Solutions

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Product Specialist in Autonomous Solutions for a long-term assignment within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will work on the development and further development of product functions and use cases for autonomous transport solutions within the mining and construction industries. You will play a central role in translating customer needs and business requirements into structured specifications and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and further develop functions and product use cases
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into structured specifications
• Drive and support functional development through various project phases
• Ensure balance between performance, cost, and quality
• Participate in feasibility studies and analyze customer operations and use cases
• Ensure that requirements and documentation are updated and synchronized across different teams
• Collaborate closely with product, project, and development teams
• Contribute to continuous improvements of products and working methods
• Work with requirements management and documentation in tools such as Jama Connect or similar

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience
• Deep understanding of the mining and construction industries
• Experience with feature management and requirements management
• Experience working in Jama Connect or similar tools
• Experience in complex product development within engineering or the automotive industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Experience with autonomous systems and work in cross-functional organizations is considered a plus.
