We are looking for an engaged and confident class teacher for our middle school (grades 4–6) who wants to become part of our teaching staff. The position is located at the middle school level where you are responsible for teaching in theoretical subjects. The role also includes mentorship, with responsibility for the students' social and academic development.

You will become part of a work team with experienced and engaged colleagues, where collaboration and collegial learning are a natural part of everyday life. Our operations are characterized by an open, creative, and trusting dialogue between teachers, and we encourage the exchange of experiences to develop teaching together.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with eligibility to teach in grades 4–6
• Experience and knowledge of differentiated instruction to promote learning and development for all students
• Good ability to work both independently and in teams, with structure, planning skills, and responsibility
• Clear and effective communication skills in collaboration with students, colleagues, and guardians
• Good digital competence for communication and documentation

• You are engaged, solution-focused, and have a positive attitude
• You are creative and flexible in your teaching and have the ability to motivate and awaken students' curiosity
• You have an interest in school development and want to work cross-curricularly with others to create a holistic experience for students
