Now you have the opportunity to become part of our new IT team at Barona's service center in Solna! We are looking for people who, in addition to Swedish and English, also speak Danish or Norwegian.

We are looking for you who want to work with technical customer service and provide first-class support to users and store staff.

About the role

In this role, you will become an important part of our new Service Desk team in Solna, where you work with providing technical support via phone, chat, and email. You handle incoming cases and are responsible for registering, prioritizing, and following up on both incidents and service requests.

You will also work with user administration, where you among other things create accounts, reset passwords, and manage permissions in systems such as Active Directory.

This is a role that suits you who have a basic interest in technology or are at the beginning of your IT career, as well as you who already have some experience in technical support. The most important thing is that you enjoy helping users, have a solution-oriented approach, and like working with technology in a varied daily routine.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a service-oriented approach and enjoy solving technical problems
• Are a recent IT graduate, have experience in IT support, or have a strong interest in IT and technology
• Have the ability to meet customers in a positive and solution-oriented way
• Have good communication and collaboration skills

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement; you will receive a thorough introduction from us!

Working hours and employment

• Full-time, fixed hours Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00
• Start with an introduction in August 2026
• Salary: 21,325 – 24,482 SEK/month depending on experience and language skills
• We have a collective agreement
