Are you an experienced sushi chef looking to work at one of Kungsholmen's most exciting addresses? We are now looking for a Sushi Chef for our Sushi Bar.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine who understands that sushi is about precision, high-quality ingredients, and craftsmanship. As part of our team, you will be a key player in our daily operations.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a sushi chef. You are confident in your role and accustomed to delivering top-level performance.
• Prep Expert: You have extensive experience with all preparatory work.
• Stress Resilient: You maintain your calm and focus during intense dinner services without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

The role involves standard restaurant duties in a sushi kitchen:

• Preparation and plating of sushi and other Japanese dishes.
• Responsibility for prep and ingredient handling.
• Ensuring our high standards for hygiene and quality are met.
• Contributing to an efficient and organized work environment.
• Guest service.
