Are you technical, social, and do you enjoy solving real problems?

We are looking for a sales-oriented field support technician for Alina in Östersund — someone who can step into a customer's environment, understand the problem, solve it, and simultaneously identify what the customer truly needs.

This is not a role where you sit still all day. One day you help a company with networks and workstations; the next day you troubleshoot WiFi at a private customer's home, install equipment, recover data, or build a better solution from scratch.

You need to have technical nerves, dare to take responsibility, and be able to communicate with people in a secure and simple manner.

What you will do

You will work on-site with our customers in Östersund and the surrounding area, helping them with practical IT solutions, such as:

• Troubleshooting WiFi, routers, mesh, and networks
• Installation of computers, printers, accounts, and Microsoft 365
• Backup, migration, and setup of new computers
• Assisting businesses with workstations and simpler IT environments
• Installation of CCTV and other technical equipment
• Consulting on better solutions, upgrades, and services

You are not just a technician. You are also a consultant. When a customer has the wrong solution, you should dare to say so — and help them move forward.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a good technical understanding of computers, networks, and installations
• Can handle routers, WiFi, and troubleshooting in a practical way
• Is self-sufficient and does not get stuck when things go wrong
• Dares to take initiative and talk to customers
• Has a sales mindset without being pushy
• Is pedagogical and can explain technology simply
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speaks Swedish fluently

Extra bonus if you have

• Experience in IT support, field support, or retail technology
• Experience in sales or customer consulting
• Experience with network installations, mesh, cameras, or AV
• Interest in both private and business customers

Salary

20,000 – 45,000 SEK/month, depending on experience, drive, and results.

• A stable technician with us usually earns between 30,000 – 35,000 SEK/month
• If you are highly skilled, take responsibility, and create value for customers, you can reach 40,000+ SEK
