As an assistant nurse with us, you will work closely with our clients and support them in their daily needs. We are looking for someone who is not only professionally skilled but also has a genuine interest in people and their well-being. DUTIES:

In your role as an assistant nurse, you will be a key part of implementing needs-assessed interventions based on implementation plans, where we work with person-centered care. This means you always have a strong focus on the client and consider the individual's unique needs and wishes in all aspects of your work. Together with needs assessors and municipal primary care, you ensure that the client receives help and care adapted to their specific circumstances. You will also work according to care plans mandated by the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), ensuring that interventions are carried out with high quality and care.

By working closely with other professional groups, we create a holistic view of the client's health and well-being, and you actively contribute to ensuring that interventions are carried out in a way that respects the client's integrity and self-determination. Your focus on person-centered care ensures you see the whole person and adapt interventions to best support their physical, mental, and social needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for you with education in care and nursing. You are flexible and adapt quickly to new circumstances and changing conditions. You are open to new ideas and see changes as opportunities for development. You thrive in social settings and are good at building good relationships with both clients and colleagues. By valuing close collaboration, you actively contribute to a positive work environment, where you listen to others and are open to feedback. You work in a structured manner and follow given instructions and routines carefully. In stressful situations, you remain calm and handle challenges with a professional and stable approach. You focus on delivering high-quality work, always with the clients' needs at the center.

You have a strong interest in learning and developing within your profession, and ensure you stay updated with new knowledge. You are happy to share your experiences to contribute to the organization's development. With a creative and proactive attitude, you readily bring new ideas and solutions to improve both work processes and the work environment. You have a good ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and adapt your communication to the situation and the people involved. You are receptive and build long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and external actors. You value collaboration and sharing experiences to achieve common goals. Additionally, you have a good ability to influence and motivate others, whether it involves mediating conflicts or suggesting improvements.

Experience from similar positions and a valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:

• Permanent position.
• Start date by agreement.
• Full-time (100%).
• Work scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.
