As we grow, we now need to strengthen our team with a Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our larger projects. In this role, you will work on projects within new construction, renovation, and ROT (repair, renovation, and transformation), where you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the work. This means distributing resources, ensuring the right materials are on site, monitoring costs, and maintaining ongoing dialogue with both customers and colleagues. You will participate in construction meetings and play a key role in ensuring that projects are driven forward with the right quality and profitability.

The work is a combination of office work and presence at the job site, giving you the opportunity to be close to the projects and influence them practically. You will become part of a team where everyone helps each other, roles sometimes overlap, and the important thing is that we get the job done together. We believe you have some form of experience from the construction, plumbing, or installation industry, perhaps as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or Lead Technician.

For us, however, who you are as a person is more important than exactly what title you have held previously. You need to be self-motivated, take responsibility for your work, and thrive in an environment where things happen quickly and conditions may change. You have good structure in your work but are also flexible and solution-oriented when required. You communicate easily, both with colleagues and customers, and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals.

Experience with project follow-up, calculations, or business systems is meritorious, as is technical education, but not a requirement. A valid driver's license (Class B) and good knowledge of Swedish are, however, prerequisites for the role.

Who are we?

Simonssons Rör is a third-generation plumbing company with a long history and strong local roots. Based in the beautiful nature of Lima, we work across a large geographical area, from the Sälen mountains in Dalarna to Branäs in Värmland and Vemdalen in Jämtland. We help our customers with everything within plumbing, from installing heating solutions and piping systems to new builds, renovations, and service. Our customers are found in both the business, industrial, and private sectors, and we are proud to offer high service, short lead times, and work we can stand behind.

Today, we are approximately 25 employees and are in an exciting growth phase. For a few years now, we have been part of Comfort, one of Sweden's largest installation chains within plumbing, electricity, and ventilation. This means we combine the small company's flexibility and closeness with the security, structure, and development opportunities found in a larger organization.
