We are now looking for a production worker for one of our industrial clients in Kalmar. This position suits you if you enjoy physical work in a varied and sometimes demanding environment where you work independently but are also a key part of the whole.

Your responsibilities

As a production worker, you will work in an unplanned operation where the pace may vary and conditions change quickly. The work takes place in an environment that places high demands on safety, precision, and responsibility. You work largely independently and are responsible for driving your work forward, while collaborating with several other departments to ensure that production runs smoothly without interruption.

The position also involves:

• Physically demanding tasks
• Working in a potentially hazardous environment where safety routines are crucial
• Active participation in improvement work related to working environment and processes

Your background/Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and has the ability to work independently. You are solution-oriented and see what needs to be done, while also being a team player who contributes to the overall success.

Experience from industrial or production work is an advantage.

Employment

This is a consultancy assignment with Wikan Personal where you work for our client. After six months, it may lead to a permanent position for the right person. The position is full-time (100%).
