About the role

We are looking for you who want to use your competence to ensure high quality in operation and road maintenance work. If you have previously worked in construction management/site supervision and want to develop in an engaged group that is passionate about their work, then this is the role for you.

About the position

As a Construction Manager with us, you will become an important part of Road Survey Technology (RST) – the leading player in Northern Europe within road maintenance. You will be part of a competent team of approximately 10 people and be responsible for construction management in Norrland (Northern Sweden). The work is carried out in close collaboration with the Swedish Transport Administration's project managers (Luleå) and contractors hired by them. You should be living somewhere near Luleå, Piteå, or Skellefteå.

Your main tasks:

  • Perform action inventories.
  • Work in the Swedish Transport Administration's system LINA.
  • Participate in meetings with the Swedish Transport Administration and contractors.
  • Perform follow-ups and controls.
  • Support the Swedish Transport Administration with administrative tasks.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • To be flexible, as long working days and overnight stays in other locations occur since the work area is large.
  • Good communication skills and a high level of commitment to your work.
  • Good planning skills and experience in taking responsibility for your assignments.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Understanding of what a seasonal job entails.
  • A solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or previous work experience in construction management/site supervision.
  • Category B driver's license.
