Your main tasks will include:

• Property Maintenance: Simple repairs and installations, inspection of technical equipment such as heating and ventilation.
• Service: Furnishing of premises, simple moves, mail handling, and orders.
• Safety: Handling of locking systems, keys, and alarms.
• External Maintenance: Snow removal, grass mowing, and facade maintenance.

The workplace is located at an industrial site in Luleå.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish with good understanding of English
• Previous experience in service work and property maintenance
