Do you want to work in a strategic and business-close role where you can contribute with analysis, control, and business support in a complex operation? We are now looking for an experienced Business Controller for the finance department at Vattenfall.

As a Business Controller, you will support several departments within budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work. The role involves close collaboration with the business units, where you contribute with financial analysis, strategic support, and proactive advice to strengthen the departments' functions and results. Among other things, you will:

• Support the business in budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up processes
• Participate in strategy and analysis issues
• Identify areas for improvement and prepare decision support materials
• Work actively in business systems, primarily SAP, for analysis and follow-up
• Act proactively to develop the business's economic control and results

Contract Period: 2026-08-17 – 2027-08-31, with possibility of extension
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Forsmark
Security Requirement: Basic security clearance required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• An academic degree in economics, such as business administration, controlling, or accounting (minimum 180 ECTS/credits)
• 6–8 years of experience in a Business Controller role
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
• Good system proficiency and experience with SAP or equivalent business systems
