About the Role
This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Audika as a colleague in Audika's contact center.

💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Contact Center Agent/Appointment Scheduler, your main task is to independently contact and process new and existing customers over the phone. You work with informing about and offering Audika's services in the form of appointment scheduling for Audika's customers. Furthermore, you answer customer questions, document, update contact details, and register cases.
The role involves a high daily activity focus where structure, responsibility, and the ability to build trust in customer dialogue are important parts of the work. You collaborate closely with colleagues in the Contact Center, the marketing department, and Audika's clinics.
Examples of tasks:
- Contact and process customers
- Work on appointment bookings with a sales approach
- Document and register cases in Audika's system
- You are part of the Contact Center and collaborate closely with the marketing department and Audika's hearing clinics
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Completed upper secondary education
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar tasks, for example within customer service, appointment scheduling, telemarketing, or other advisory customer contact
- Good computer and system skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
