About the role of Customer Service Agent at Telenor's Customer Service

As a Customer Service Agent, you are a vital part of our organization: being there for our customers and supporting them in their digital everyday lives to ensure they can stay connected with the people who matter most. Whether it concerns mobile, tablet, broadband, or TV, your role is to ensure that every customer has the best possible solutions for their specific life.

You answer incoming calls from Telenor's customers and help with everything from subscriptions, invoices, and troubleshooting. At the same time, you work with upselling – where you, in a listening and trust-inspiring manner, suggest services that improve and simplify the customer's digital life.

Your goal: Happy customers with smart solutions that truly make a difference in everyday life.

No previous experience required – we provide you with a complete introduction and training.

Work in Kalmar – with a view, community, and development opportunities

You will work in our bright and modern offices on Varvsholmen in Kalmar – an office filled with energy, community, and opportunities for development. During breaks? Relax in the massage chair, play ping pong, or challenge your colleagues on the PS5!

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and enjoys helping others
• Curious to learn more about sales and customer communication
• Eager to work with upselling and have the opportunity for good commission
• Goal-oriented – you like to achieve set goals, both individually and in a team
• Communicative and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good knowledge of English

What we offer you:

✅ Fixed-term employment at 100% (May–August, with possibility of extension)

✅ Fixed monthly salary according to collective agreement + opportunity for good commission

✅ Working hours on weekdays between 08:00–18:15 (according to a varying schedule)
