Do you want to be the hub of our supply chain and make a real difference?

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Direct Delivery team – a key role for you who wants to develop, take responsibility, and work closely with both customers and international partners.

Your role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will become a central part of our Nordic team of six people. You are responsible for coordinating and ensuring an efficient flow from factory and warehouse all the way to the customer, with many contact points both internally and externally.

You work closely with carriers, customers, and internal functions, playing a vital role in creating smooth deliveries and solving challenges along the way.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Plan and follow up on deliveries from Nordic warehouses and European factories
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality deliveries to our largest customers
  • Maintain daily contact with carriers and Key Account customers
  • Monitor order flows and handle discrepancies
  • Contribute to improvements in processes, communication, and collaboration

We would like you to:

  • Be self-initiating and proactive
  • Have good collaboration and communication skills
  • Be curious and motivated by learning new things
  • Have good system proficiency and feel confident using Office 365

You need to master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Experience within supply chain, logistics, or SAP is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personality and potential.
