Our operations include special housing, short-term wards, home healthcare, and collaboration with Region Jämtland Härjedalen. We operate around the clock and perform assignments for 1177 as needed. The position may involve work within both home healthcare and Special Housing for the Elderly (SÄBO), including short-term places, rotating care places, and two NÄVA (Nursing Home with Intensive Care) places.

Working hours are during the day, weekdays, and weekends.

Start date: 2026-08-17 or as agreed.

Job Description

As a nurse in Härjedalen Municipality, you work for individual care recipients, responsible for planning, execution, and evaluation in collaboration with care recipients, unit managers, team members, other supporting actors, and relatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse (RN).
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills in the Office package and preferably experience with the operational systems Viva Cambio, Cosmic, and Link.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for work in elderly care and adult care with disabilities.

Merits:

• Good knowledge and experience regarding care for the elderly, dementia care, palliative care, or specialized home care.

References must be provided from two people in leadership roles.
