We are looking for a lively and cheerful person to join our team at Hennings Konditori. This is a permanent full-time position (100%).

The role is primarily based in our cold room, where you will prepare light lunches, sandwiches, sandwich cakes, and more. This work serves both our retail store and external customer orders. The position also includes some cash register duties, store work, and cleaning.

The working hours are varied, consisting mostly of early mornings with occasional evening shifts during the week. You will work both weekdays and weekends, as well as in both team settings and independently.

We believe you are a morning person with previous experience in a similar environment. Since we have an urgent need to fill this position, we require education or experience within the industry to ensure you can integrate smoothly into our team. You are accustomed to juggling multiple tasks and handling time pressure effectively. You know how to step up when needed and have a proactive approach to identifying what needs to be done. You tackle new challenges with curiosity and are eager to contribute new ideas.

As we need a new team member as soon as possible, recruitment will be conducted on an ongoing basis. The employment includes a probationary period before becoming permanent. Ideally, you would start in May or June.
