Co-creation Specialist (Customer Collaboration)
About the role
You will develop and manage ways of working for collaboration with end customers. As a Co-creation Specialist, you are key to strengthening the bond between the company and its customers through structured processes and effective communication.
Your qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering + vehicle product knowledge
- Experience in customer relations and communication/reporting
- Understanding of GDPR, warranty, and information publishing rules
- Knowledge of automotive after-sales processes
- Driver’s license
Tools
Daily tools include Microsoft Office, Teamcenter (Viewer), and Jira.
Your responsibilities
- Build processes for customer co-creation activities
- Manage communication channels to support brand presence and customer input
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and related legal requirements
