ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a restaurant assistant for our meal service.

In the meal service, we prepare and serve meals to children and students in the municipality's various school operations. As a restaurant assistant with us, you will primarily work on-site at one of our preschools or schools. Work may also take place at one of our production kitchens, Tannbergsskolan or Forsdala. Duties include, among other things, preparing and serving breakfast, serving lunch and snacks, keeping the kitchen clean, and washing dishes. Duties also include collaborating with children and pedagogical staff, all to make the meal a pleasant experience for our diners.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe it is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience from a kitchen/restaurant and have knowledge of food hygiene. If you don't have this, we will provide you with training. As a restaurant assistant with us, it is important that you enjoy providing service to our different target groups, that you find it easy to meet other people, and to collaborate with others. It is also important that you are thorough and follow the hygiene routines in the kitchen. Therefore, great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

A Category B driver's license and driving experience are required for the position.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required prior to employment. The form is available on the Police website.
