Description of the operations
The municipality's meal service consists of eight kitchens that prepare and serve approximately 1,500 portions per day to elderly care, preschools, and schools.
We are now looking for a kitchen assistant for Robertsfors central kitchen for a summer temporary position during weeks 30–33. In the central kitchen, we work together to deliver good and safe meals to the municipality's operations. Your assignment
As a kitchen assistant, you work together with chefs and other colleagues in the daily kitchen work. You contribute to the kitchen running smoothly and that meals can be produced and delivered according to plan.
The tasks include among other things:
- Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen premises clean
- Cleaning according to current routines
- Preparing vegetables and other simple food items
- Packing goods and meal boxes
- Assisting chefs in daily work
- Participate in self-control and food hygiene work
Your skills and experience
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Merits
- Education in restaurant, large-scale catering, or food
- Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or large-scale catering
- Education in food hygiene

The employment
Summer temporary position, weeks 30–33. Employment level: 80%. Monday-Friday.
Salary range
23,638 - 30,400 SEK. We apply individual salary setting. Final salary is set based on experience and competence.
