We are looking for a consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for a role in a business-critical environment. The position involves close collaboration between business operations and IT, focusing on ensuring stable operations, further development, and efficiency improvements of financial processes within the D365 platform.

We prefer that you have approximately 3–5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, for example in system administration, implementation, or business-oriented support related to finance and accounting. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in an operational and hands-on environment where you act as the link between business and technology.

Responsibilities

As a Systems Specialist, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the administration, support, and further development of D365 Finance
• Provide support to the business regarding questions related to finance and system processes
• Participate in analysis, improvement work, and implementation of new solutions
• Ensure high data quality and efficient use of the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external partners
• Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and user support within the finance area

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Thorough understanding of financial processes such as accounting, closing, and financial management
• Experience in system administration, support, or implementation
• Ability to work proactively and independently to drive activities and deliveries forward

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrations and system connections related to D365
• Previous work in larger or complex business environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform or similar Microsoft tools
• Experience in change management, process improvements, and business development
