Job Description

We are now looking for dedicated Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTE) who believe in the agile method.

Within the Project Management section of the Connected Products unit, you will work on the product development of high-tech and intelligent products for a sustainable future. As a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE) at AFRY, you will become part of a fantastic and highly competent team that works together to create innovative and sustainable solutions with our customers. We work broadly with clients in many different industries, ranging from banking and mobility to the region's top product companies.

Role as Scrum Master

You are responsible for ensuring the team follows the agile process. You organize and lead planning sessions, sprint reviews, and all activities included in Scrum to deliver a better product with each sprint. You are also responsible for coaching the organization in Scrum and agile processes.

Role as Release Train Engineer (RTE)

You are responsible for facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) according to the SAFe framework. You organize and lead planning sessions (PI Planning), reviews, and all activities involved in leading an ART. You are also responsible for coaching Scrum Masters and team leaders in the agile process.

Qualifications

Your Background

• You have several years of experience in a similar role, or you have worked in agile teams for a number of years and wish to take the step up to Scrum Master/RTE.
• You have at least a couple of years of experience in product development for software (SW) or hardware (HW), but not from IT operations/management.
• You have relevant education in the field (MSc, BSc, or equivalent).
• Since we work with many international clients, you must communicate fluently both orally and in writing in Swedish and English. For this position, you must also be resident in Sweden.
• You are accustomed to organizing and leading meetings and other activities, and you support your team.
• You have experience in requirements and needs management and are accustomed to compiling these into concrete and realistic goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master and/or certified SAFe RTE or Agilist.
