We are looking for an engaged and responsible Night Receptionist

Are you interested in a developmental job where professional pride is the key word? As a Night Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel and responsible for ensuring guests have a safe and smooth stay during the night hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, payments, and cash handling.
• Manage bookings and answer phone calls and emails.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Be responsible for fire and safety checks during the night.

The position involves night shifts and weekend work.

Who are you?

You have the ability to provide excellent service and work independently with the ability to make quick decisions. You are driven, receptive, and flexible, solution-oriented, and take personal responsibility. You enjoy working nights and have good computer skills.

Requirements and Merits

To succeed in this role, we look for the following qualifications:

• Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Previous experience from other service-related professions.
• Education in hotel and tourism is a plus.
• Good knowledge of various digital tools and systems.
• Knowledge of booking systems such as Opera, Cenium, Hotsoft, Mews, HMS, or similar is a plus.
• Clean criminal record.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written (other languages are a plus).
