We are currently seeking care assistants and/or assistant nurses for Wattholma Gård's short-term accommodation (somatic care), located just outside Vattholma. The position primarily involves evening, weekend, and night shifts, although day shifts may occasionally occur.

A permanent employment contract may be offered to the right candidate.

Wattholma Gård is a rural short-term accommodation facility with licenses for 20 residents aged 40 and above. The target group consists of individuals with physical disabilities resulting from illness or trauma.

To fit into our team, you should be a care assistant or assistant nurse with previous experience working with this patient group. You are confident in your professional role and enjoy providing residents with that extra touch of care. It is a great advantage if you speak multiple languages and have experience from, for example, short-term accommodation or emergency departments. As a person, you are flexible, have a strong work ethic, and are solution-oriented. You love working with people, take initiative within the framework of the operations, and are driven by the desire to make a difference every day. Your fundamental attitude is rooted in the equal value of all people.

Due to the geographical location of the facility, having a valid driver's license and access to a car is a requirement.

The role offers varied work where we practice active contact person management and place great emphasis on activities and a meaningful daily life. Typical duties include nursing care, some cleaning, support in daily living, basic meal preparation, and medication management.
