About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you are the company's contact point for customers and private individuals. You will primarily work with telephone inquiries, but also ensure that each case is handled correctly and followed up until it reaches the right technician. Your work is important for maintaining KONE's high service level.

Examples of tasks:

• Receive fault reports and handle them according to procedures.
• Assess and provide instructions regarding any safety issues.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and colleagues to resolve cases efficiently.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service or customer support.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English.
• Is familiar with computers and the telephone as work tools.
• Has a positive and solution-oriented approach, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is flexible, responsible, and enjoys both collaborating and taking initiative.
