Do you want to play a key role in how our business configures, prices, and sells complex products? We are now looking for a CPQ Implementation & Application Specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for our CPQ solution – from implementation and configuration to daily support and long-term management.

About the role

In the role of CPQ Implementation & Application Specialist, you act as our practical expert within CPQ. You ensure a stable and efficient solution that supports the business's needs and strategic goals. The role involves close collaboration with both IT and the business, and is central to creating smooth and reliable sales and quotation processes.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Configure product rules, pricing logic, as well as layout and print templates in the CPQ tool

• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows in close dialogue with stakeholders

• Implement new features and improvements based on needs from sales, IT, operations, and other functions

• Plan and conduct system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting during implementation and after production release

• Provide first-line support to CPQ users, including incident management and guidance in daily work

• Act as the primary contact point for CPQ-related support cases and escalate to suppliers or internal specialists if necessary

• Work closely together with the CPQ team and CPQ Project Manager to prioritize and drive improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the solution aligns with business processes

• Document configurations, processes, and support flows, and conduct training for users and key persons

• Support and monitor integrations with ERP, CRM, and other business systems for stable and reliable data flows

We are looking for someone who has

• Deep understanding of CPQ platforms and configuration logic

• Experience in system testing, quality assurance, and application support

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders

• An analytical, solution-oriented, and service-focused approach

Qualifying experiences

• Previous work with CPQ implementation, application management, or application support

• Experience with integrations to ERP and CRM systems in complex IT environments

• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and/or B2B sales processes
