Location Description

Our school is located in Tyresö Brevik. We have a preschool, preschool class, and primary school/recreation center (Grades F-6) under the same roof. We have approximately 70 children in the preschool and around 280 children in the school.

We work with age-homogeneous groups in grade classes. Four educators – three primary school teachers and one recreation teacher – are responsible for a class of approximately 40–44 students. The primary school teachers and recreation teachers have a joint full-day assignment, teaching both in school and in the recreation center activities.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher, receptive, caring, and engaged. You have a strong interest in relational pedagogy and working with full-day schooling, i.e., both school and recreation center. You collaborate with colleagues regarding students' learning and are skilled at building trusting relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. It is an advantage if you have broad qualifications for Grades F-6 and enjoy working with all ages in that range. A requirement is that you master the Swedish language very well in both speech and writing.

Working Hours

The position is a holiday cover position and covers 90–100%. The position is a temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent employment.

Duration

Temporary position from 2026-08-10 to 2027-06-30 (possibility of extension or permanent employment).
