About the role
As a Project Engineer, you will work on one or more projects, primarily within noise protection measures, and play a key role in ensuring smooth processes and efficient project administration.

Responsibilities
The role involves a broad spectrum of administrative and coordinating tasks within project management, with a focus on supporting project managers and ensuring that project goals are met.
- Manage the project's ongoing administration, such as routines, document management, and diary registration.
- Ensure good order in document management systems such as ProjectPlace.
- Arrange, invite to, and take minutes at meetings.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage and update the project's baseline plans (control programs, schedules, and risk management).
- Set up and manage projects in systems such as C7 and Agresso.
- Be responsible for forecasts, cost follow-ups, and invoicing in consultation with the project manager.
- Compile quarterly and monthly reports as well as project schedules.
We are looking for you who
- Have advanced knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Have an academic degree (minimum 120 ECTS) or equivalent work experience.
- Have at least 12 months of practical experience with forecasting systems, such as C7.
- Have at least 2 years of documented experience as a Project Engineer in a project organization, with a focus on independent and structured work (the experience must be from the last 5 years).
It is an advantage if you have
