Projects vary in size and complexity, creating a dynamic and technically varied daily work life. You work closely with both customers and internal functions, playing a central role in translating technical requirements into functioning process solutions.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you work in a technically oriented role where you are responsible for driving customer projects from contract to finished plant. The role has a clear focus on process technology, system understanding, and technical solutions.

You will, among other things:

• Lead and coordinate technical projects
• Ensure structure, planning, and progress
• Work with process technical solutions and issues
• Interpret and create technical documentation such as specifications and flow diagrams.
• Perform technical calculations in the form of mass balances and dimension suitable process equipment based on these
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal functions
• Participate in startups and installations at customer sites

The role involves travel equivalent to approximately 25–80 days per year.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, process technology, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience from the process industry
• Good technical understanding and interest in process technology
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as flow diagrams and drawings
• Understanding of pumps, flows, and system structure
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience with process technical calculations
• Experience in technical project management or similar responsibility
• Experience from related industries such as food, chemical, water/wastewater, or paper industry
• Experience from international operations
