Molnet Personal Assistance is an assistance provider for individuals entitled to personal assistance under LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and a strong commitment to both clients and assistants.

We are currently looking for an assistant for night shifts to care for a charming and playful little girl who is turning 5 soon. She lives with her mother, father, and two brothers in central Sollefteå. She attends preschool and has her assistants with her during the day. When she is not at preschool, the assistants accompany her at home and during various activities the family does together. She has difficulty breathing normally, so she has had a tracheostomy performed. Due to feeding difficulties, she also has a gastrostomy (a button in her stomach).

You can be male or female; your age is less important. What matters most is that you are calm, organized, reliable, patient, and responsible. You must be a non-smoker and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of tracheostomy care, PEG buttons, inhalation, and breathing machines is a plus but absolutely not a requirement.

You will be required to provide an extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register, which is mandatory since the girl is a minor. We place great emphasis on personal suitability during the recruitment process.

A thorough introduction is always conducted at the beginning of the employment, where you will learn everything you need to know. We are looking for someone who intends to work with the girl on a long-term basis. Working hours are 12 hours, in double assistance, scheduled for nights from 19:00 to 07:00.
