About the Role

As a cold kitchen assistant, you will be responsible for preparing cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, buffets, and catering orders. You will ensure that the food maintains high quality in terms of both taste and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble cold dishes
• Plate and decorate food in an appealing manner
• Handle ingredients according to hygiene and safety protocols
• Contribute to menu planning and order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Experience as a cold kitchen assistant or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of food hygiene standards
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Stress-resistant and flexible
• Creative and detail-oriented
