In this role, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient and high-quality order flow throughout the entire process – from registration to follow-up and invoicing.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• ✨ Managing and administering customer orders throughout the entire order cycle
• ✨ Following up on deliveries, costs, and invoicing
• ✨ Supporting financial follow-up related to service orders and spare parts
• ✨ Ensuring compliance with agreements, processes, and documentation
• ✨ Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and internal stakeholders

• ✔️ Experience in administrative roles, preferably within order management
• ✔️ Understanding of finance and business processes
• ✔️ Meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• ✔️ Comfortable with customer contact and collaboration
• ✔️ Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

• 📌 Location: Västerås
• 📅 Start: Immediately / according to agreement
• 📆 Contract duration: Until December 31, 2026
• ⏰ Scope: Full-time (100%)
