We are looking for an independent technician/installer of air source heat pumps.

We are seeking an engaged technician for the service, repair, and installation of air source heat pumps. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy freedom with responsibility, are technically skilled, service-oriented, and value order and structure in your work.

About the role of technician/installer at DSP:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Independently performing service, repairs, and installation of air source heat pumps.
• Handling quotations on-site at customer locations.
• Ordering spare parts.
• Contributing to the continuous development of our procedures and knowledge base within service and maintenance.

Who are you?

You are a driven and customer-oriented person who always strives to perform good, high-quality work. You have a solid interest in developing yourself and learning more about the industry you work in. Experience with the installation/service of white goods and/or laundry room equipment, as well as electrical knowledge, is considered an asset.

Personal qualities:

• You have previous experience with the installation of air source heat pumps and hold the relevant certificate.
• You are a proactive team player driven by taking initiative and independently driving your work forward.
• You are outgoing and thrive in social settings, maintaining a professional attitude towards customer service.
• You value personal responsibility highly and are engaged in your professional development.
• Since there is frequent contact with customers, it is important to maintain a high service level and remain stress-resistant.
• We value your ability to work in a structured and orderly manner.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Practical details:

• Start date: By agreement.
• Employment type: 100%.
• Workplace: Our headquarters is just outside Ängelholm, but we have several employees working remotely.
• Suitable residence: Ängelholm and Halmstad.
• A background check will be conducted on the final candidate as part of the recruitment process.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required!
