Interest in our programs within healthcare and social care is growing, and we are now looking for:

An experienced teacher in healthcare and social care – or a registered nurse with extensive professional experience who is willing to obtain teacher certification through competence development (KPU/VAL).

About the position

As a healthcare teacher at Svea Vux, you have overall responsibility for the teaching within the healthcare and social care program. You work closely with both students and colleagues, actively contributing to the quality and development of the education. Teaching takes place in both classrooms and digital environments, providing variety and flexibility in the teaching role.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• planning, conducting, and following up on teaching within healthcare and social care
• teaching both in classrooms and through digital remote guidance
• working independently and in collaboration with colleagues, administration, and special education support
• participating in the school's quality and development work

Experience with adult education and the learning platform It's Learning is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for either you who:

• is a certified vocational teacher in healthcare and social care and has teaching experience

or you who:

• is a registered nurse or has other extensive professional experience in healthcare and social care
• has an interest in pedagogy and knowledge transfer
• is willing to study to become a vocational teacher through competence development (KPU or VAL)
