The role involves working in a team with anesthesia nurses, operating room nurses, operating room assistants, surgeons, and anesthesiologists. All employees, except for the anesthesiologists and surgeons, are employed by Operationskonsulterna. Education: REQUIREMENTS: - Nursing Assistant (3-year program) Competencies: REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in operating room care - At least 3 years of experience in orthopedics - Experience in acute surgery Language: REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent in Swedish Professional Experience: REQUIREMENTS: - Work in an operating department, minimum 3 years of experience About you: The work as a specialized nurse or nursing assistant within the operating room is qualified, which is why we require you to have at least 3 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to feel sufficiently confident in your professional role, which aligns well with our company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different operating departments. You should be interested in competence development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training.
