Your new role

As a Project Buyer, you will have a broad and varied responsibility where you work closely with both internal functions and international suppliers. You will become a key player in the supply chain – a natural "spider in the web" ensuring that purchasing and deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

The work is carried out according to established processes and routines, but also requires you to quickly handle urgent situations and find solutions when unexpected challenges arise. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to high purchasing quality and a continuously improved supply chain.

Your main responsibilities

• Negotiate project-based purchase orders according to agreed terms and price lists
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, purchasing policies, and processes
• Build and develop relationships with suppliers and ensure clear and structured communication
• Monitor suppliers' delivery precision and ensure deliveries take place as planned
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within purchasing and project operations
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives within purchasing and the supply chain
• Handle and administer purchase orders
• Communicate and handle delivery disruptions that may affect operations
• Actively contribute to digitalization and transformation work within purchasing

To be successful in this role, you need

• Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain
• Ability to build strong and positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
• Good communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Commercial and economic understanding
• Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
