We are looking for a nurse with experience in asthma and allergy care for our adult team.

What we offer

Allergicentrum is an innovative clinic with 30 dedicated employees who investigate and treat children and adults with asthma, allergies, and hypersensitivity. Specialists in pediatric and adult allergology, pulmonology, dermatology, and ENT work here.

We conduct education and research within the fields of allergy and asthma and strive to be a national knowledge center in the area. We work across clinic boundaries and have close cooperation with other specialist clinics and primary care to provide the best care for patients in Östergötland. Our work is based on a person-centered approach. We work in pleasant premises on the Garnisonsområdet area, close to the University Hospital in Linköping. Job Description

We offer inspiring work focused on asthma and allergy. The work is varied, developmental, and suits you who want to take a lot of personal responsibility. The tasks include having your own clinic, telephone advice, assisting at the doctor's clinic with examinations and sample collection, performing various types of provocations, and supervising students. The position is primarily aimed at our adult unit, but some part may be directed towards the children's team. Patient education and person-centered care permeate our entire way of working. At the clinic, we work in a learning manner in different forums. Our adult team consists of six doctors, four nurses, and an administrator.

Your introduction is adapted based on your knowledge, skills, and previous experience. We have a strong focus on education and development. We are keen to create conditions for you to feel welcome and secure in your role. During the introduction, you will be assigned a mentor.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or district nurse with experience of working within asthma and allergy. If you have studied Nursing in Allergy, Asthma, and COPD (15 higher education credits), it is meritorious, as is experience of telephone advice and clinic work. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.

We are looking for you who have good communication skills and a professional approach.

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for you who are flexible and take responsibility for the tasks. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work in an effective way. You have an easy time collaborating and can adapt to changed circumstances.
