As we expand, we are now looking for a new Moving Consultant to join our team!

As a Moving Consultant, you will engage with customers early in their journey, right after they have submitted a moving inquiry.

Our goal is to assist the customer while their interest is at its peak, provide clear advice, and make it easy to book the right services. You will work with customers who need assistance with moving, end-of-tenancy cleaning, packing, and storage.

• is confident on the phone and can build trust quickly
• is driven by working towards clear goals
• loves helping customers make the right decisions
• is comfortable working with computers and email
