To our largest rental station at Arlanda Airport, we are now looking for several service-oriented Customer Sales Representatives who want to be part of an exciting daily routine where no two days are alike. Flexibility towards our customers is very important to us, which means working hours will vary throughout the week between 06:00–23:00.

About the role

As a CSR with us, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience – from the first contact and car handover to the return. Your mission is to create a smooth, secure, and positive rental process where both the customer and the car are in focus.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Renting out cars and drawing up rental agreements
  • Receiving and delivering cars, as well as planning the station's available fleet
  • Cleaning, preparing, and handling minor damage to vehicles
  • Ongoing administration related to the operations

Perhaps you have previously worked in service, sales, hospitality, retail, or transport. A requirement for the position is a valid B driver's license, as well as fluent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star who has a knack for learning new systems and wants to develop within both customer service and administration.
