The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Clinic at the University Hospital in Linköping is now looking for a nurse for our ward B165. We are looking for you who want to be part of our exciting journey towards future healthcare and contribute to providing our patients with the best possible care.

Our Offer
- Clinical Base Year: An in-depth introduction during one year, for you who are new to the region or the profession.
- Flexible Working Hours: We offer preferred schedules and strive for you to work 2 weekends out of 5.

Job Description
Our ward B165 is a highly specialized unit where we care for patients pre- and post-operatively in connection with ear, nose, and throat surgery. We also have an acute influx of patients during evenings, nights, and weekends via our emergency clinic. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and be a key figure in the patients' recovery.
As a nurse on B165, you are responsible for nursing care and work in close cooperation with a multidisciplinary team. You distribute and lead the work based on the needs in each situation and create a positive and secure climate in the workplace. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of work processes and care methods.
Work Group
In our team, nurses, specialist nurses, assistant nurses, doctors, dietitians, speech therapists, and physiotherapists work together to create a holistic solution for each patient. You will also receive support from coordinators, social workers, and pharmacists – all to provide the best possible care and security for our patients.
About You
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or a registered specialist nurse in surgical nursing.
It is meritorious if you have worked within ear, nose, and throat care (ENT) or surgical nursing, as these experiences give you a good foundation to quickly get into the work and meet the specific challenges on our ward.
Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
