Assistant Nurses with Experience in Social Work Needed in Kallebäck
About the Position
We are currently seeking assistant nurses who wish to work on a casual/hourly basis at our residential facility, Kallebäck. Here, we offer support and nursing care to individuals with extensive substance abuse issues, with the goal of reducing the negative consequences of addiction and improving quality of life.
The target group consists of men and women aged approximately 50 and above. The work is conducted from a salutogenic perspective, focusing on strengthening the individual's sense of coherence, meaningfulness, and participation in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
As an assistant nurse at Kallebäck, you will work with:
- Support and nursing interventions based on individual needs.
- Motivational and support work to increase personal responsibility and participation.
- Planning, documentation, and follow-up of implementation plans.
- Contributing to safety, well-being, a sense of home, and social community for the residents.
- Collaboration with colleagues, healthcare personnel, and other professional groups within the organization.
The work is carried out within the framework of key worker assignments, where you play a key role in building trusting relationships and motivating change.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is educated as an assistant nurse, support assistant, or has other healthcare or care education that the employer deems equivalent.
- Has experience in social work, preferably with individuals who have substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
- Has a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are central to the work. Certified grades in Swedish A or SAS Basic must be presented.
- Has a positive view of people, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust in interactions with others.
- Is independent, proactive, and structured, but also flexible when the work situation requires it.

Kallebäck is a residential facility for individuals with long-term substance abuse issues, where our ambition is to create safety, participation, and increased quality of life.
