We are now looking for a business-driven project manager for our project unit in the Mälardalen/Mitt region. Are you a project manager who enjoys pace, responsibility, and driving projects all the way to completion? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

About the role

As a project manager at Victoriahem, you will lead renovation, energy, and conversion projects at a high pace, with short decision-making paths, significant authority, and clear responsibility. This role is for you if you thrive in dynamic environments. You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and pushing projects forward even when conditions change. You appreciate structure, but above all, you are someone who gets things done.

At our company, you will not become part of a traditional client organization where decisions get stuck in multiple layers. Instead, you will join a business where pace, commercial awareness, and execution are at the center. We work closely with our projects, the operations, and the decision-makers.

We operate in more than 30 municipalities, but for this position, the location will be one of the following cities: Eskilstuna, Norrköping, Linköping, Strängnäs, Örebro, Västerås, Arboga, Köping, Nyköping, Tranås, or Katrineholm. Travel within the region is a natural part of the role.

Your profile

• Post-secondary education in construction technology, or experience we consider equivalent
• Experience as a site supervisor, contracting engineer, site manager, construction project manager, or similar
• Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously without losing structure or control
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility and like owning your projects from start to finish. You have the ability to maintain structure even when the pace is high and feel confident in dialogues and negotiations. You are solution-oriented, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and are motivated by clear goals and concrete results. At the same time, you thrive in a role where you drive several projects in parallel and enjoy the challenge of keeping many things in motion simultaneously.

It is an advantage if you have experience with larger energy projects and training in AFS 2023:3.
