Do you want to work in a business-oriented role where you are responsible for the entire sales process while helping companies develop their skills through training, lectures, and events?

We are now looking for an Account Executive for a growing company within competence development. The company offers one of the market's widest ranges of courses, lectures, and events featuring some of Sweden's most appreciated speakers and trainers. Through flexible competence packages, they help organizations develop in areas such as digitalization, leadership, finance, communication, and much more.

The company works closely with its customers and focuses on delivering high quality as well as creating long-term relationships and memorable customer experiences.

About the role

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal and ongoing customer relationship. You primarily work with new customer acquisition, where you actively book meetings and build your own customer portfolio.

You independently drive customer dialogues, conduct meetings both physically and digitally, and present and sell the company's solutions. The sales cycle is approximately 1-4 weeks long, which means many business opportunities.

You start from an established sales process but have great freedom to influence your own way of working and build your business.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition within B2B
  • Book and conduct customer meetings (physical and digital)
  • Present and sell training, lectures, and events
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closing
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Work towards clear goals and KPIs

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Access to a personal car (or opportunity for a company car)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within B2B
  • Previous experience in new customer acquisition
  • Previous experience with cold calling

Start date: August 2026

Employment type: Full-time

Location: Gothenburg or Stockholm

Working hours: 08:00-17:00

Salary: Fixed salary + uncapped commission

Travel: Occurs (approx. 2 times per month during periods)
