At Hard Rock Cafe, every team member's contribution is vital – even if you don't interact with guests directly.
We are looking for dedicated and versatile staff for our kitchen, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in various roles, including Prep Cook, Line Cook, Expediter, and Receiver, both inside and outside the kitchen.
Your Responsibilities
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare dishes and ingredients according to our standards with precision and care.
- Label and date-stamp pre-prepared ingredients, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Kitchen Operations: Set up, restock, and clean kitchen equipment and workstations before, during, and after service.
- Cleanliness and Order: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in kitchen work.
- Is detail-oriented, structured, and eager to develop within the kitchen.
- Can communicate effectively in Swedish or English.
