Looking for a fun part-time job? O’Learys Tolv (under 3Arena) is looking for extra staff for the bar ahead of spring and summer matches, events, and other bookings!

About the role

As a bartender, you will primarily work evenings, weekends, and during larger events. Needs vary, but the pace is usually fast-paced with many guests.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work on an as-needed basis, with the possibility of more hours during high season.
• Support colleagues across departments when needed.
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for guests.
• Handle both quieter weekday shifts and packed match nights.

Specific duties include:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Run your bar station independently or together with a colleague.
• Handle cash register and payments securely and accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Be prepared for heavy lifting during tasks such as restocking.

Who are we looking for?

We care more about your attitude than a perfect CV, but some experience is of course a plus.

• Preferably at least 1–2 years of experience from restaurants, bars, cafes, or similar.
• Thrives in busy environments without losing your cool.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
• Flexible with hours, especially evenings, weekends, and events.
• A team player who likes to help out, take responsibility, and follow routines.
