We are now looking for more people who want to work alongside their studies and become part of our customer service team. You will join a dedicated team with a strong sense of community and cohesion, working to ensure that Svensk Fastighetsförmedling has the happiest customers on the market.

About the role In this role, you will work part-time, for at least 40 hours per month. There are flexible working hours during the day on weekdays, allowing you to combine this well with your studies. The role is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm. The position is office-based with standard office hours. You will report to the Customer Center Manager.

As a meeting scheduler, you are often the first point of contact for future property sellers and potential buyers. Your main task is to contact potential customers via phone and book valuable meetings for our real estate agents, positioning Svensk Fastighetsförmedling as the obvious choice on the market.

Requirements

• Experience using the phone as a primary work tool, e.g., customer service.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• You have at least one year remaining of your studies.

• You can work at least 40 hours per month.

• Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is a plus.
