We are now launching from Berlin and looking for our first employees in Germany. This is your chance to be part of it from the beginning, build processes, set standards, and take responsibility beyond your actual role.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be a central part of our advisory team, helping customers improve their financial situation. You will handle incoming credit inquiries through our digital channels and partners, conduct risk analyses, and guide customers through the entire process.

The role combines analytical thinking with a strong affinity for customer communication – both by phone and digitally. You listen actively, ask the right questions, and find solutions that create real added value for our customers.

As one of our first employees in Germany, you are at the center of our expansion. You will not follow strict processes, but help us define how we support our customers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and tracking credit applications
  • Preparing risk and creditworthiness assessments
  • Evaluating customers' repayment capacity
  • Advising and accompanying customers throughout the process
  • Contributing to the financial security of our customers
About You

We are looking for communicative and solution-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills. You feel comfortable in customer dialogue and draw energy from driving things forward, building relationships, and achieving concrete results. You are motivated by clear goals and can translate analyses and numbers into appropriate recommendations and actions for customers.

You bring the following:

  • Experience in customer advisory, credit brokerage, or sales
  • Drive, initiative, and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and interest in personal financial planning
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team where we support and strengthen each other

Important: Fluent German and English skills are mandatory. Swedish skills are a big plus.
