Do you want to be part of a hotel team that puts the guest experience at the center, 24/7? We are looking for you who want to work as a Night Receptionist and create safety, presence, and first-class service during the small hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Night Receptionist, you are the hotel's face to the world during the evening and night. You are responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our guests as the day comes to an end. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and checking in/out guests during evening and night hours
• Handling bookings, phone calls, and simple administration
• Assisting with guest inquiries and service during the night
• Ensuring that public areas are in good condition
• Conducting routine checks and security rounds
• Preparing for the next day's operations

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who have service in your DNA and feel confident working independently. You are calm, solution-oriented, and used to taking responsibility even in unexpected situations. Additionally, we would like you to:

• Enjoy working nights and have an eye for detail
• Have previous experience from reception, service, or security (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Be communicative and confident in both Swedish and English
• Have basic computer skills and an organized way of working
• Have a driver's license (meritorious)
