As a Group Logistics Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring that Evondos lives up to its premium position through high quality and delivery precision throughout the entire logistics chain.

You will work both operationally and with a development focus, coordinating deliveries on a daily basis while contributing to improvements and scalability in processes.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle customer orders and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries between multiple markets
• Ensure correct packing, documentation, and on-time delivery in collaboration with warehousing, carriers, and partners
• Work closely with customer support, production, and international colleagues
• Monitor inventory status, ensure inventory accuracy, and handle discrepancies
• Coordinate service and exchange flows (e.g., handling defective units and shipping replacement products)
• Support work related to freight costs, invoices, and documentation
• Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and SOPs
• The role involves significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence, both in daily work and in shaping future logistics solutions.

You have a background in logistics and thrive in a role where structure, problem-solving, and collaboration go hand in hand. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and do not wait for instructions but drive the work forward independently when needed.

We would like you to have experience or a good understanding of logistics flows, warehouse management, and transport, as well as basic knowledge of import/export and customs. You have also worked with or have an understanding of ERP or WMS systems and are accustomed to working structured with multiple parallel tasks without losing sight of the big picture. Good communication skills in both Swedish and English are a must.

It is an advantage if you have experience from the transport or logistics industry, knowledge of dangerous goods, and previous experience from health or medtech operations.
