Your Role
The Service Desk team is distributed across several locations.
The role involves traditional First Line and Second Line support, handling IT cases for the customer's end users.
Continuous improvement, efficiency, and a strong customer focus should be the guiding principles in your daily work.
Competency Profile
- Previous experience working in a Service Desk, along with the basic IT knowledge required for this role.
- Experience with case management systems, preferably ServiceNow.
- Excellent command of both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.
- Valid B-driver's license and access to your own car.
As a person, you are goal-oriented, driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and service-minded. Your communication skills and service awareness are well-developed, and you collaborate easily with both your colleagues and external customers. We believe you can easily switch between different tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
