We have carried out our largest investment in schools ever and built two modern schools in the southern part of the municipality. Job Responsibilities
In home care, you will have varied tasks, all aimed at helping others feel well. You provide individualized care, service, and nursing, as well as carrying out prescribed/delegated health care interventions.
This means your days with us are varied and challenging, testing your creativity in several ways. The work requires great commitment and active participation in developing and improving operations. At the same time, you will receive much appreciation in return!

We actively work with the role of permanent care contact, meaning you work to create secure relationships based on trust and individualized home care interventions. Team-Based Approach
You work both independently and together with dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues in a non-hierarchical and supportive team. The team includes, in addition to assistant nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses.
Qualifications

We also have some requirements:
- You are a trained assistant nurse* and have knowledge of and act according to the laws and regulations governing the operations.
- You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
- You are accustomed to using mobile phones and computers for documentation.
*From July 1, 2023, "assistant nurse" is a protected professional title. This means a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to use the title. You apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed with the title "care personnel".
